This is so cool! I've used them a few times in the hospital having surgery/delivery etc. My nurse put them in the microwave for about 15 seconds or wrapped them in a warm blanket to keep them nice and warm to the touch. Shower on my head! It resembles a shower cap but is a bit thicker and contains a mixture of shampoo and conditioner inside. You simply lay your head down, remove all hair and massage as if you were washing your head in the shower. I'd keep it on my head for a while simply because it's nice to feel clean after being in the hospital for days without showering. You take it off and throw it away, and your hair is left wet as if you just got out of the shower. There is no difference, you are fully shampooed and conditioned, no need to rinse with water. Doesn't leave a greasy feeling and works great! I would recommend this to anyone who needs bed baths, someone in a hurry, you can make it in the car or as a gift. I personally purchased this pack to include in a gift basket for a friend of mine who was having an emergency. C-section about a week ago. Not only is it painful to recover from a cesarean, but after a home birth with a new baby, sleep deprivation, and a new schedule, it can be difficult to find time to wash your hair. Moms sometimes forget to take care of the little things because they are so busy with their newborn. This is a wonderful gift and she was very happy about it. She may not have time for a full shower, so at least clean and freshly washed hair can make a world of difference in your mood.
