. Aside from the lack of spike issues, it was a terrible and misleading description. . The description said it was a shiny BLACK thread when in fact it was a very dull gray shiny thread. If this is considered black it is a very matte black and doesn't look like the images used. I spent 4 days calibrating everything and then decided to make a print to see if it would fit in my collection and it would be completely different. Unfortunately I have to send it back because of the misleading description. Again, if you want black glitter, DO NOT BUY this. If you want a dark charcoal gray with a very matt luster effect, this is a great yarn for that
