These knives are game changers.
These are my first two premium kitchen knives and I don't know how I cooked without them. I'm on a budget so I bought a combo to save some money. They are worth their money and their performance is top notch. You're sharp out of the box. Once they get dull and I sharpen them myself I'll post an update on how to do it. I bought one of their sharpeners so I use that first and then get my Spyderco Sharp Maker and whetstones when it needs a little more polish.
