This is a pad. Works as well or better than most.
Looks just like the original. decent price. Has worked as it should. Clean the valley pan cover and block to ensure the gasket is seated properly and the torque is to specifications. I would clean the knock sensor connections with a 1" cup on a drill press while you're at it.
