I have a camera in my system that is too far from my NVR to receive a consistent signal. After doing some research, I decided to add this repeater to my Fyuui NVR system. There were no specific instructions on how to add it. But after some trial and error, it wasn't hard to figure out. You simply connect the repeater directly to the NVR with a Cat5 cable. Then press and hold the button until the NVR indicator lights up. Then let go. The WiFi signal automatically adapts to the existing NVR system. I unplugged it and plugged it in halfway between the camera and router. The problem was solved immediately. 100% connection is now permanent. super easy. I can only recommend this repeater.
