This is a good price for this item and it fits well. However, what I didn't realize was that the gas cap mechanism itself could wear out and fail. I had a p0451 vaporizer code on my 2007 Kia Optima, it didn't help. Bought a new evaporator cap from O'Reilly and the code didn't come back. Save time and just buy the entire lid assembly. Trust me if the code comes back then you can rule it out and continue troubleshooting. However, the hat solved my problem.

Pros

cap assembly Don't settle for non-genuine caps that cause more problems than they solve. Resealing the cap maintains the high quality OEM cap.
