This protein powder for Sports Nutrition in the Health and Household category is not worth the money. The taste is bitter and unpleasant, and there were no noticeable improvements in muscle recovery .The only pro is that it mixes well WITH water. however, this is not enough to make up for its poor taste and lack of results. Save your money and try a different brand..
