GREAT WORK ANCHOR - NO! FYI, customer service issues: I got tired of constantly buying a phone charger cord, so I bought Anker Powerline II cords for my whole family and this time spent more getting the ones that came with a "lifetime warranty". In March I had to call under warranty to replace the 6ft cable and when I did that I had to provide a receipt number and that's it - I have all the cable boxes and they have records showing that I've only ever replaced a 6 foot cable. I was told that a new cable was on the way and that I could dispose of the defective one. I now have a 10ft cable that is no longer working so I called to get a replacement - since I didn't need to keep the cable from the one I replaced in March I got the defective 10- Got rid of foot cord over the weekend and called I was told this morning they wouldn't replace it without the serial number which is on the cord. When I explained I got rid of it based on my March experience they didn't care and although they could see I had bought 4 10ft cables and never replaced a single one they still told me - very bad . They claim to be very customer service oriented - not very good customer service in my opinion - especially when they collect all my information and see that I am not cheating them in anything. Being suspicious is one thing, but when you can verify the purchase and make sure only 1 out of 6 cables has been replaced, it's like calling me a liar or a scammer.
