Review on Razer BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless Gaming Keyboard - Razer Green, Clicky, Black, Cyrillic QWERTY: Ultimate Gaming Performance at your Fingertips by Mateusz Odachowski ᠌

Revainrating 1 out of 5

I will never make this purchase again.

On October 14, 2022, the keyboard was acquired from the official Razer store where it was sold. Even though I am a huge fan of Razer products, I cannot recommend this one. In the four years prior to my purchase of this keyboard, I had been using the Razer Blackwidow X keyboard. However, I made the decision to switch to a form factor that was shorter and did not have the Numpad block. Experiment with different sensations as well as the presence of illumination. As of the time that this review is being written (November 12th, 2022), about a month has elapsed. When the positives and negatives of the keyboard are weighed against one another, we find that the keyboard has a sleek design and a user-friendly form factor; nevertheless, the double and triple click buttons completely ruin the otherwise pleasant feeling. I have high hopes that the engagement was successful and that it will be feasible to find a solution to this issue. Because Blackwidow X has been used for the past four years, such issues have not even come near. We will be required to use Blackwidow X, and the release of BlackWidow v3 Tenkeyless will have to be delayed until the issue has been rectified. Because of this, the rating is quite low. The person providing technical support for Razer advised me to send it to the Sintez-Vostok service center, so on December 28, 2022, I did so at my own expense by sending it by mail to the year 2022. If the goods are not large-sized and the keyboard is not such, then the D / s for mailing fee will not be refunded. I'll proceed with the review as soon as I hear back from you. 01/21/2022: A problem with the keyboard was discovered, and this is being handled as a warranty claim. They offered to fix the keyboard and send it back, but you decided to return it for d/s instead. They assured us that following the destruction of the keyboard, they would transfer the data and settings. After everything is over, I'm going to eat the review. 02/24/2022: The money that was originally paid for the device has been given back. I was promised that it would take between 3 and 10 business days, but it really took them 24 calendar days to get back to me. To find out the current status of a refund, I had to send a mail to technical support not once, but twice. It is infuriating that there is no provision for a return on the cost of shipping to a service facility. After all, it turned out that the item was flawed from the beginning, at the factory, and not because of my improper use; nonetheless, this is already excessively picking apart details and lyrics. In general, I have the opinion that it is not worth the money at all. A keyboard that is pricey, has the potential to be fragile, and does not have a sturdy frame. With the exception of these four locations, the pluses on this keyboard can be accessed by simply sucking on the finger. The BlackWidow lineup is exploited by this keyboard's parasitic behavior.

Pros
  • 1. A color scheme for the backlight that can have an endless number of different permutations. 2. A pleasant journey through the keys. Although it is different from the Blackwidow X, I cannot say that it is really different for the worse. However, the sound does not "click" as pleasurably as in other models, but in general, it is still the same typewriter produced by a green firm. 3. A shorter form factor that is more convenient. Despite the fact that it was already present in earlier models. 4. A complex system for the administration of the cables. If there was previously merely a "trench" with an escape from the side, they have now made it so there is an exit close to where the Esc and 1 buttons are located. It became less difficult and more convenient.
Cons
  • 1. After a month of use, the double-click functionality of the buttons and virtually all of the keys on the keyboard is the most crucial thing to check. The keyboard was not dropped off the table, subjected to physical pressure, liquid was not spilled on it, and I do not eat at the computer desk. All of these things may have damaged the keyboard. If this is not something that is strongly felt while playing games, then it is very similar to the experience of typing. It is necessary to constantly delete superfluous characters. In addition, it is impossible to say that the issue occurs with each press or when it is pressed at a particular angle or with a specific amount of pressing force, yet this happens all the time. It is impossible to deal with office work; composing letters is a particularly trying experience. 2. The cable does not have a braid. However, the Blackwidow X keyboard does include a braid, whilst the keyboard for 10.000r does not. Given the construction of the cable recess, there is always the possibility that the cable will become frayed or pinched at some point in the future. This deficiency is not nearly as serious as the one I just mentioned. 3. When compared to earlier iterations of BlackWidow, it has a more "cheap" appearance and feel about it. If earlier models were made almost entirely of metal (having a highly sturdy frame, giving off the impression that it is "eternal," and allowing you to feel the chill emanating from the metal with your fingertips), then the most recent model is made of what appears to be plastic but actually contains a small amount of aluminum. In the event of a fall under certain circumstances, the frame will sustain damage in the form of blemishes and holes, and it may even break. Does not at all have the same sense of quality as a premium product as it formerly did. Even though it does not have RGB lighting, the headset I'm wearing today, the BlackWidox X TE, has a look and a feel that make it seem like a more expensive and high-quality device. 4. The absence of a USB input, which was included on models in the range 2022-2022. In the year 2022, the ability to plug a USB flash drive into the keyboard is not nearly as vital as it once was; nonetheless, it is still a lovely little feature that may be found in keyboards that are priced lower on the market. Because I use headphones that have a USB port rather than a 3.5 mm socket, it would be really helpful for me personally. You can look it up on the internet, however this feature, which was formerly available on the BlackWidow 2022 (USB input plus 3.5 jacks for headphones and a microphone), has been removed for an unknown reason.

With its pros. Backlight, size, mechanical keys Cons: Doubleclick out of the box is, of course, overkill.
