This item does NOT work as advertised
I specifically ordered this scanner to reset the main 'Service Required' interval on a 2018 Audi Q5. I even provided icarsoft with the VIN number before purchasing and they assured me it would work. After two failed software updates and useless help from iCarsoft, the scanner STILL doesn't work. Very disappointed. Spend a few bucks more and buy an Autel scanner instead, which works great. Icarsoft scanners are toys; I don't recommend it for those who expect a reliable tool.
