If you want to know about your faults and want to monitor and reset service lights, this is for you, if you really need comprehensive real-time payload data, this device is not enough. Good to have but not for the price.

It won't work. I tried calling support and I actually got a recorded message saying no one can help. Wrote a letter to the company. I got tired of the wait so ordered another brand and shipped this back to Amazon before even getting an email response. i like the new one Very easy.

Extremely easy to use. An essential tool for Volkswagen diagnostics. We've used it on all three of our vehicles; 2001 VW Passat Wagon, 2006 VW Jetta Sedan, 2015 VW Jetta TDI Sedan from electrical troubleshooting, clearing codes to see if they are valid or not, etc. Highly Recommended!

I specifically ordered this scanner to reset the main 'Service Required' interval on a 2018 Audi Q5. I even provided icarsoft with the VIN number before purchasing and they assured me it would work. After two failed software updates and useless help from iCarsoft, the scanner STILL doesn't work. Very disappointed. Spend a few bucks more and buy an Autel scanner instead, which works great. Icarsoft scanners are toys; I don't recommend it for those who expect a reliable tool.

2014 Audi A6 was damaged. 50,000 miles. It worked great. A quick system scan and diagnostics of 65 systems was also performed. During the run, my self-leveling headlights went all the way off and then back on. I think the thing does what it promises. Will definitely use it when it comes time to do my brakes. It will be convenient for me because I do all the maintenance myself. (I love Audi but can't afford store prices) Can't give 5 stars because I just got it in the mail an hour ago…
