Review on ๐Ÿ”Œ ELEGOO UNO R3 Project Comprehensive Starter Kit with Tutorial โ€“ Compatible with Arduino IDE (Inclusive of 63 Items) by Nicole King

Revainrating 5 out of 5

More than I expected, cheap, very very educational.

This kit is a GREAT and economical alternative to buying an expensive Arduino kit. Anyone interested in microcontrollers and how they work should get this kit. The product comes with a CD containing PDF lessons, libraries and code. There are some issues with PDF tutorials. I just don't want newbies to get frustrated when the programs don't work properly. If you have a problem, go online and find a solution by pretending to hold an Arduino Uno in your hands, not an Elegoo Uno. Programs, code, projects are all similar. That has always worked for me. I found some issues with Lesson 32 and want to give feedback to people. Problems in Lesson 32: In the Lesson 32 folder, there is an Arduino file named "With_Remote". When code comments say // Rotate CW, it actually means rotate counterclockwise. When code comments say // counterclockwise rotation, it actually means clockwise rotation. -" buttons on the remote. (As mentioned in the code comments, there are no UP and DOWN buttons on the remote.) Finally, if you get the compiler error "'TKD2' was not declared". (You will understand what I mean when you see this) you need to go to drive C>x86>Arduino>libraries>RobotIRremote>src After clicking on the folder named src you will see 2 files with the Names IRremoteTools.cpp and IRremoteTools.h Cut and paste these 2 files somewhere else (e.g. on your desktop) These files conflict with other files in the Arduino library and are preventing Lesson 32 from running properly works. Just don't delete them permanently. You may need them later. I'll post new ones over time.
