I have one couple of motorcycles. They are driven daily, but sometimes one of them sits for a week, and during that week the local battery is discharged. I would charge it and everything would be fine again. But the cell phone died over the winter. This original battery lasted from 2008 to 2020. Insanely long. I ordered a new battery and decided I would never see a dead battery problem again. not correct. I have something that should drain the battery just below cranking power. So with these built in floats I had no problems all year round when the bike was stationary. I left my phone on the charger I installed on the bike and it drained the battery. Don't worry, it works great with these float chargers. Happy with product and price.
