I have had 4 Orbi devices in my home for over a year now. Like this system. I get speeds from 125 Mbps to 180 Mbps (cable internet service 200 Mbps) depending on where I am in the house. Once the system is set up, install and forget it and it will work great. Very minimal issues but 99% uptime and you never have to reset, power cycle, move, etc. these devices. Just install and forget. I've never had to contact tech support so I don't know how it happens, but there are many reviews that it's terrible. Suppose it is difficult to maintain an item that depends on many other factors such as: B. a person's internet service, which can be a problem half the time. I'll just mention a few things I had with them. 1. I sometimes have DNS issues with devices so I added Google's DNS which fixes most situations where DNS seems to be an issue but it rarely happens. Also, the Orbi iPhone app does weird things, like randomly not showing connected devices, but the next day it does, but the next day it doesn't. Upgrading units sometimes works and sometimes fails randomly. That being said, I would give these devices 8.5 out of 10 for speed, simplicity, range, reliability, and ease of use.
