As noted by the review, it is a 5-star product. We've had our first set (same brand/company) for over a year now. Only 1 out of the 16 broke within a year timespan (this is on a kitchen chair that slides in and out daily with 175lb human as the primary user).You will need a good amount of finger/hand strength to get them on, but once on, they stay put. You do not need instructions to apply and there is no adhesive needed. We removed the old standard felt feet prior to installing purely due to aesthetics. We followed the measurement guidance and it fit snug (just as you'd want it to).
