There is no mention of non-standard streams in the listing. This should be in the title of the listing to avoid negative reviews. One end is 1/8-27 NPT by default. The other is 7/16-28 parallel thread, ball end. Conventional grease guns do not use this 7/16 size. Also no adapter. As such, it is unsuitable for most Revain customers. Even if the protectors were correct, compared to a normal tube it is so narrow and very stiff that it is difficult to use. Both oddities should have been revealed in the description. totally useless
