Excellent product! I performed dozens of procedures every other day and thought about buying a large professional device for the home. It works out! I put the pads on properly and started on the lowest setting. Gradually increased the setting. When the pain subsides, I'll stop. About 20 minutes. then off for 20 minutes. Use on the back, buttocks and knees. My husband is a professional driver. This gave him some relief for his shoulder.
