I don't usually write product reviews unless something is very good or very bad. This product is exemplary for many reasons. First, after using it to make pancakes for the first time, I realized I could never go back to my old method of pouring batter into the pan, which only used a 1/4 measuring cup. Second, it's no more difficult to wash than something like a baby bottle; You just need to make sure the spout cleans really well to avoid residue, so I would recommend cleaning it immediately after use rather than letting it soak. Third, it's now so quick and easy to gently pour the batter, whether it's in a pan, muffin liners, skillet or anything else. When I told my mom I wanted to buy a dough dispenser, she immediately said it was just another kitchen appliance that took up space and was never used. Mom, you can keep your archaic methods of making pancakes and muffins with random drops of batter falling everywhere and inconsistent amounts; I will always use my batter dispenser. Aside from all these reasons why this product is so good in its own right, it is amazing for another reason; Company. After ordering this product in October, I received an email from KP Kitchen asking if I liked their product and if I could write a review. Haven't used it yet so I ignored the email and never bothered to verify the dispenser. Three days ago on May 3rd I was getting ready to make pancakes when I asked my friend to clean the dispenser around the spout as there was some residue from recent use and I think I have missed it. the last time. As I pour my second cup of Bisquick into the bowl, I hear a loud CLACK and see that my friend broke the dispenser's plastic handle in two places while trying to take it apart to clean it (hint; can't to be disassembled!) Oh my god, that ruined my day. After that I didn't want to bake pancakes. I knew it couldn't be fixed, so I hopped to my computer to order another one. I saw in the product description on Revain that KP Kitchen offers a lifetime guarantee on their product, so I took a chance and responded to an email they sent me in October. I explained what happened and asked if they would be willing to replace him. Patrick from KP Kitchen replied after four hours and they said they would be happy to replace it, they just needed my order number or address. I mailed it to them that same evening and they replied that I should have my new donor by May 7th. I just received it on the morning of May 6th, just three days after it broke. I love this company and this product! If I could rate it higher than five stars I would. If you are at all unsure about buying this test dispenser, go for it; Even if you don't bake much, this product will make you want to bake more and KP Kitchen fully endorses their products.
