I used it once to reset the SRS airbag light on my 2006 BMW X3 (E83) after I was servicing the door and forgot to disconnect the battery before the airbag deactivated. It took a while to navigate the menu items, but once I got the hang of it, it was pretty easy to use. Even if it breaks tomorrow, which I doubt, it will still save me a lot of money since the dealer doesn't have to reset the SRS code. I've been playing around with it after resetting the code I needed and it can get a lot of data including real-time diagnostics. Hopefully this won't prove useful in the future, but I'm glad I bought it and should have done it a long time ago. It was said to come with software version 8.0 but the latest version was 10.7.
