If I was still working on cars I would spend more but so far it's very convenient. It's a modest size, depending on the job you might need to drain it once to complete the job, but for a routine oil change or just topping up the car with fresh Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) it was a good option for me. None of this is industrial grade, but so far it's good enough and why buy more when you'll only be using it occasionally. That's enough for a complete oil change on all my cars, only if you change the filter anyway, I still have to jack it up on at least one of my cars. For me the best part is being able to draw the ATF through the dipstick so you can keep it pretty fresh. We lost our last car because I forgot it and I have to imagine we would have driven a lot more miles if I had vacuumed up everything that came out through the dipstick tube and topped up every few years. Either way, it's convenient. Have it when you need it and good enough for a few times a year when I do.
