I almost returned this item because the day after ordering I found another iPhone car mount with a 5 star rating and from which reason too. So both came together within a day or two and I ended up sending the more expensive redesigned item back and keeping that one instead. And here's why: This article comes in two parts: a mount that sits really tight on the windshield, or a plastic adapter and a sort of case that you slip your iPhone into. The case comes in two different finishes: black rubberized plastic and transparent plastic. Both are part of the same package, giving you an immediate choice. Made of black or clear plastic, the iPhone holder has holes on the back. You will be needed to attach it to the car mount. This allows you to easily attach the phone to the holder with a swipe and without any effort and remove it again by simply pressing the latch on both sides. The mount allows you to adjust your hand and your phone so you can tilt and rotate it. so hang it just the way you like it. After the adjustment is made and secured with a tight screw, everything becomes very solid and doesn't wobble. All of this is a very good buy, especially for the price. If it had a charger I would give it 5 stars but here we are 4 stars because it comes without a charger but is still a very good product.
