I like to use GM OE parts (ACDelco) on my GM vehicles. This exactly matched the part number stamped on the sensor body. Worked great on my 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer 4.2L. Do yourself a favor and soak the faulty O2 sensor in a penetrating lube like PB Blaster before attempting to remove it. I also warmed the car up to operating temperature before attempting the removal. I used an ARES 70039 O2 head offset 3/8" x 7/8" (22mm). Other buyers mentioned that their part arrived "used". To me it looks more like the part was heat treated or the metal is discolored from the manufacturing process. It had a little black coating but the one I received was definitely unused.
