Peeler: Cleans perfectly. It's not like other knives that clean too much. This peels off and barely removes any excess from the underside! He's smooth! The little things on the side work great. A small one on the side removes the eyes, and a large one cuts grooves. I bought this in February 2015 and it's still sharp! Excellent blades. For example, if you peel a beetroot too quickly or too close to the tip, you can scratch your skin, but without bleeding or pain. if definitely spiraled well. There are no complaints. WE RECOMMEND! Blade is still sharp, peels and spirals GREAT! Worth every penny.
