Special marketing packaging (two blades) takes a long time to open and is downright dangerous. The problem occurs when you try to "unclip" two blades that are held in place by a thick adhesive material. damage the blade set by twisting and rotating during the cutting process. Once the knives are separated, prepare to spend the next few minutes using a chemical cleaner and a scraper to remove any remaining dirt from both knives (again, safety is an issue here on many levels). Out of the box the blades are of reasonable quality for the price. I would not buy them again due to the dangerous packaging method.
