They work flawlessly through IPE Ironwood

These blades are amazing! They run very smoothly through the IPE wood for my deck project. If you've never worked with IPE, you won't understand how impressive it is. My old blades were smoking and the saws were jamming. They cut cleanly and quickly, and you can't beat the price. Definitely recommend!

Perfect for the causal user!

Not sure about durability as they are fairly new and I don't use many of them. I am also currently using a finishing blade. It works great so far and I would definitely recommend it for the average user. They might be good for the advanced user too, but I can't comment on that. The cost was great for my use as it was 50% cheaper than many other options.

I will order another set.

Buying two table saw blades for less than $20 is a bargain, you can order another just in case. They aren't the best on their own, but they meet the needs of most applications. Nice and crisp, I've used the 60T on a couple of projects and so far so good. I installed the 40T on my compound miter, haven't used it yet but received it in perfect condition.

Good blades for easy cuts

I use these blades in my table saw. I'm tired of paying $60 for a CD. Craftsman blades work great in all woods and I cut everything from soft pine to heavy walnut. They last longer than expected. Another way to save money on table saw blades is to use a 7.25 blade when cuts are typically 1.5 inches or less. Fewer teeth mean less sawdust and you get an even better blade for less money. You can't go wrong with these blades

Blades are as good as they are expensive. I cut a lot of used wood so it's important that you can cut a few nails with it and still have a durable blade. I sharpened them, making sure the carbide didn't chip any more than an expensive blade. Happy with the product. The value is amazing. I have a stack of yellow ones that sometimes aren't worth sharpening. I can add that the noise level is noticeably lower than most.

They cut clean, cut fast; I wish I had bought earlier.

While I had my prejudices against Craftsman after Sear closed our local shop, I have to say these blades exceeded my expectations. They replaced the blades I bought at my local hardware store which were quickly deteriorating. So far they've held up well and after a few weeks of almost daily use (about a dozen cuts a day) I haven't noticed any deterioration in the cutting action. This is the main use of the building, not intensive and not with ultra-high precision; I can't say how they behave…

The cut-off grinder no longer smokes!

I inherited a cutoff saw and in my excitement I immediately started using it for 2X4 cuts. Moments later, the workshop filled with smoke as an old blade sliced through an old Home Depot pine. drain it The manual said only genuine Craftsman blades should be used, so I ordered these because they were cheaper than anything else I found. They arrived within 2 days, well before I found a box full of replacement blades. Now the saw cuts like clockwork. No more opening windows, no more breathing…

Packaging is a dangerous nightmare

Special marketing packaging (two blades) takes a long time to open and is downright dangerous. The problem occurs when you try to "unclip" two blades that are held in place by a thick adhesive material. damage the blade set by twisting and rotating during the cutting process. Once the knives are separated, prepare to spend the next few minutes using a chemical cleaner and a scraper to remove any remaining dirt from both knives (again, safety is an issue here on many levels). Out of the box the…
