I like that it is very robust, easy to use yet flexible in design allowing you more options than other software solutions out there! It's also really nice how they have included an API key so our teams can access their reports from outside of PMIS as well which has saved us time a few times already when working remotely or traveling across state lines etc. We've only been using this product since mid 2019 but we are loving all aspects about how powerful it truly is - great team behind it too!! Nothing atm although adding additional tags would be perfect if possible (ecclesiology/diocese). Tracking parishioners' donations online while providing them real value by offering personalized content via email marketing campaigns & phone calls through live chat service. I like how easy it is to use, and that there are many different options within each page if you need more features. The ability to see trends of your data over time is really helpful as well! There isn't much about this software that I dislike. It's very user friendly and has great customer service when needed. This program helps me stay organized and keep track of my attendance at all the churches in which I serve.
