I had a joycon that started to drift even after running the calibration settings. Initially I tried to open the joycon with a flat head screwdriver but couldn't turn the screw. This screwdriver matched Joycon's tri-wing screw perfectly and even worked on a screw that had partially snapped off when I tried to use a flathead screwdriver.
