I bought this punching bag for my 12 year old son, and he loves it. He uses it to practice karate. We had a minor problem with the item after a few months, and I contacted the manufacturer. They were quick to send me a new punching bag to remedy the problem.My son uses this all the time, and it is great way for him to get exercise. I would recommend this product.
