Review on 🔧 Ultra-Fab QS 26-47 Slideout Support - Model 19-960003 by Mark Gardner

I received the product and one of them didn't work. I was told by the original company (not Revain.com) that there was a manufacturing defect and that a good product came with a bad one. I notified Revain.com and received another shipment but had to pay a reduced shipping fee to return it. I feel I didn't have to pay anything to return them as they were defective. I have to say once I had two that worked properly I was able to use them. I would like to add that the replacement was also bad, so I am GRATEFUL I WOULDN'T RETURN THE FIRST ONE BEFORE RECEIVING THE REPLACEMENT OR I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. I would not buy these products again due to this issue. Who wants to go through that again and again!
