good solid product came very nicely packaged. Thought it would be quicker to install not knowing I had to remove the door panel. It was very simple, two bolts and three wire connectors, and you had access to the bolts for the mirror. I have an F250 2000. Great fit. Those who say here that this is not suitable should not work with cars. It took a bit of fiddling to get to the right spot. The screw holes (like the factory ones) are slightly larger to allow room to adjust the mirrors to better fit the door. And those who say it doesn't sit flush with the door came with a new foam gasket that presses against the door. So you have to tighten it in a cross-tight pattern (works for me I've found) much like the nuts on a tire. Once it was flush with the door I stopped tightening it. The general quality of being very picky when it comes to choosing what to complain about. One of the mirrors where it folds was just over 1:16th than the bottom one. For someone else, no one will ever notice. But I am very happy with this product.
