My mom cant hear or understand 3 out of 4 words you say to her. She could no longer enjoy tv because it was worse. Got this and was able to tune it into her without making it obnoxiously loud to disturb neighbors and she can watch all of the Westerns she wants now. She has been enjoying it for nearly a year now and very very happy with it.
