Replacing the solenoid fixed the problem

I had a problem with my 2008 EZGO golf cart which just stalled after a short drive. I swapped the solenoid and the problem went away. The solenoid is difficult to replace. To do this, you need the right tools. The problem isn't with the solenoid itself, but where it is located in the golf cart. It took almost an hour and a half.
