Sells refurbished item as new. Just to be clear, I contacted Swann and it exceeded all expectations. I explained that my swann dvr randomly disconnects from the pet network for each camera. Then the DVI port stopped working, so I had to go from 4k to 1080 via the dash cam's VGA port. Swann support gave me specific instructions to go back to them even though I explained that I bought from Revain. I only had to wait 8 working days when Swann called me and explained that the item I was using had soldered parts on the dashcam circuit board that didn't match their system. I had the option of purchasing a replacement where I only had to pay for shipping of my choice. After receiving a replacement device, it has been working for me for two weeks without any problems.
