I like how it allows you to have more control over your team's hiring process, as well as being able to add new features easily without having to rely too much upon other teams or people within our organization that don't understand what we need from them.
Sometimes there are issues with certain modules not working correctly if they've been neglected by their developers at some point (e.g., Candidate View). The ability to manage candidates through multiple stages during an interview/hiring cycle would be even better! We still haven’t managed to implement this feature yet because most interviews require multiple phases which can take quite long time when done manually. Having someone who manages all aspects of candidate searching and selection throughout different parts of HR enables us to get up speed quickly so that no one gets left behind should another department come into play later down the line.
