Poor customer service from Simrad!
I received the unit and after the 2 year warranty expired it got very hot and is mostly brick. John from Customer Service/Tech Support told me to buy another one. Why should I buy another device without a company behind it? Registered 140 f in the shade on my FLIR. Dude this will burn my baby or finger if I use it. Very disappointed. Poor Simrad customer service and a way to support people in your department.
