Purchased to replace a weeping transmission seal on my 1995 GMC Sierra 4x4. Great replacement. After I removed the gear nut (which required an air impact wrench) replacing the old gasket with the new one was a breeze and the leak was fixed. Tips: Apply a thin layer of sealant around the oil seal housing so that it fits snugly to the differential case; and apply a liberal amount of oil or grease to the gasket itself (after it's in place) to keep it from drying out when you drive away after the repair is complete.
