They fit my 21 Kona perfectly and fitting was fairly easy (a bit tricky for the rear wheels as there isn't much room for a screwdriver but I had a set of offset screwdrivers and I have a Phillips -bit used in my ratchet set). Basically, you remove the existing screws, reattach the guard, and replace the screws to attach the guard. The only weird thing about the front fenders is 3 holes in each fender and only 2 bolts on the machine, there is no way to put a 3rd hole on the bottom of the front fenders and there is nothing solid behind that 3rd hole. You can insert an extra screw.
