Time is money and people can say whatever they want and they could probably install the seal with a hammer. But I didn't want to risk it and ordered a tool to fix our 2008 f250 6.4 Powerstroke. This tool made installation so simple and easy that it literally took less than a minute. If you own a shop and play around with Powerstroke a lot, you need this tool. That was probably my only use for it, but it's the kind of tool you like to have in the corner of your garage.
