Cooking with copper is a new way. In fact, we have already replaced some old pans with copper pans. Well, it's also cast iron for some meats. It is easy to work with, easy to clean and looks good. While they don't share the same brand name as some of the other brass pieces we have, they still go together beautifully. Especially if you prefer to display your dishes rather than hiding them somewhere in the cupboard. They also look great underneath, where they feature a two-tone black and silver design. They're also pretty light, including the lids. This makes the glass feel a bit flimsy so you can be extra careful with it, but it's great for those who like it light. The only thing we can recommend is using an oven mitt or mitt if what you are cooking gets too hot as some of it could get on the handle.
