I was concerned when I opened these pans and saw how thin and light they were. But the quality was good and they seemed durable. I started using them almost every day, I abuse my pans, I really didn't think they would last. Not only do they hold up beautifully, there are very few signs of wear on these pans. These two pans have become my family for reheating leftovers. You are tall. I will buy more from this brand.

Pans look good and feel like 'quality'. However, these pans do not deserve the term "non-stick” in shape or form. They don't stick unless you're cooking pasta, and rest assured even a few pasta will stick to the bottom of this pot. How bad is that? Cooking scrambled eggs and cheese in these pans takes a lot of effort with the non-stick scrubber to get the residue off, even after hours. In my opinion, the quality of these pans is second to none. They are thick and strong, yet light enough. The lids are made of high quality glass with a steam vent and fit perfectly. I would read and follow the care and use instructions. It says that the handles can get hot and should not be touched with bare hands. Beautiful, durable frying pans with a durable ceramic surface. We've only had them for a month but so far they've survived multiple cycles of use and washing in the dishwasher.
