Review on Synovos SYNC by Jared Aguilar

It is very easy to use, has excellent documentation online with tutorials etc., support team are great at solving problems quickly! The software itself can be slow initially in loading data from third party systems into it's own database - this took time but was worth while as once loaded everything runs smoothly without hiccups or errors which we did not have previously when using other solutions such SAP R/3 / Oracle Business Applications (BAPI).

Have been able solve many issues by logging queries directly via their knowledge base tool rather than having people manually log them internally so that they get resolved quicker too!!
