Easy and quick solution for managing your business process applications

It is very easy to use, has excellent documentation online with tutorials etc., support team are great at solving problems quickly! The software itself can be slow initially in loading data from third party systems into it's own database - this took time but was worth while as once loaded everything runs smoothly without hiccups or errors which we did not have previously when using other solutions such SAP R/3 / Oracle Business Applications (BAPI). Great asset management system for companies

The tool has helped us to create an inventory of our assets, with all their characteristics (serial number/manufacturer etc) as well as its status in terms of availability or not. It is also very useful when we have some spare parts that are missing from stock but don't know exactly which ones they were nor where it was bought so no way of finding them again! We can use this software whenever there's any change made to the equipment itself making sure everything goes smoothly and without having

Great for tracking assets and invoicing

I like that it is easy to use, and has a lot of features! The interface is very simple to learn. It can be used by non-technical people as well. I had a problem with my printer not working when i was using the mobile app to send invoices out. When we got new printers, they were not compatible with the old synovos software. We have been able to solve this issue by switching over to a different program. Sync works with our inventory control software from another vendor. It also allows us to track

  • Easy navigation within system.
  • Easy way for staff members who are no IT experts at all too work without much training required other than basic computer knowledge (i think)
  • Great support team always willing top help if necessary or available via phone call/email

  • There could possibly more options about how users get access through certain areas where you need admin rights
