Review on Dorman 917-241 VVT Solenoid for BMW Models - Engine Variable Valve Timing Solution by John Kennedy

I ordered these for my 2008 BMW 328xi because I needed new ones after having a terrible shaking at idle after tuning, so I cleaned my old ones and the problem went away. I wanted to replace them as these were the ones that arrived on my car it was new. So I thought since they are old it is better to replace them. They looked just like the OEMs I originally had. I would also advise you to change them yourself instead of taking them to a shop. One next to me wanted over $500 and I found them a lot cheaper. Also, it literally took me about 30 minutes to get the old ones out and put the new ones in, it's very easy, you can find a youtube video on how to do it yourself. But in general I have to say that over the past two days I've definitely noticed an increase in my acceleration and my MPG seems to have gone up which is always a huge bonus for everyone.
