GREAT price, great product

Yes this product had a problem the first time I used it but even without my request they sent me replacement rolls to test a new batch for free. When I called them to say they were doing an impeccable job, not only did they provide great customer service, but they agreed to do a complementary color. My understanding is they are now making light blue for those of us who need two colors to differentiate things. This product is well worth the reduced price compared to the Pet Detect brand.
