Attractive Knife best in Chinese Chef Knives & Knives

Attracts attention when friends gather while I cook. Good knife but wish it had kept the blade a little longer although easy to resharpen. I thought the blade was a little thinner when it was labeled a Japanese chef's knife, so don't let that fool you. The blade is average American thickness, but still worth the money.
