I'm a little late in writing this review. I bought this to make it easier to make a last minute decision to cook for Thanksgiving this year. The pan was big enough for my 15 pound turkey. The turkey wasn't difficult to handle. The main complaints I have are: 1) The dark pan browned the turkey a bit. Not enough to kill a bird but could have if I wasn't careful; 2) It came off the non-stick surface during washing. I have been very careful when washing dishes and I NEVER spray nonstick pans (Pam or similar) on nonstick pans. The chemical that causes the oil to come out of the spray can stick the surface together and eventually your nonstick pan will NOT be nonstick. But I got distracted. It was only a small part of the pan, but I noticed it anyway. Because as often as I use the pan (once or twice a year) I can live with little flakes here and there. expect too much
