Frying pan big enough for a large turkey or other roast The grate is great too and both are very easy to clean (hand made). The pan is very durable with sturdy handles. Very happy with it.

I have had a skillet for 5 years. Used for Thanksgiving and Christmas turkeys only. The coating is peeling off, good thing I covered with foil this year otherwise dinner would be ruined, wouldn't buy again. Has peeled off a bit every year but this year half of the pan has peeled off

One writer said it was thin and they were right in that they liked the look and fit but agreed it could have been made a little thicker as it was designed to withstand taunts as hard as a turkey . Once used it was cooked at 325 for a few hours but I can see where warping can occur.

Order placed on 15th November 2015 Used in oven at 275 degrees for 5 hours last weekend. All the coating on the pan had peeled off and messed up my party brisket. This pan looks good but doesn't seem to cook well. I don't know if they take it back after 7 months but if the pan doesn't last that long or after one use then that's definitely a problem. If they accept the return and give me a credit or replace it with a working pan I will let you know. claude

I'm a little late in writing this review. I bought this to make it easier to make a last minute decision to cook for Thanksgiving this year. The pan was big enough for my 15 pound turkey. The turkey wasn't difficult to handle. The main complaints I have are: 1) The dark pan browned the turkey a bit.
