Cushiony but unstable
Mat is the perfect thickness for me. I have vinyl on concrete flooring in my apartment so practicing yoga was rough on my wrists and knees. This mat is very cushiony and feels great. No need for an extra knee pad in kneeling poses. It does slide around a bit and it makes balancing postures much more difficult, which is to be expected. Other than that, it’s a great mat!
