Not the best mat for yoga. Arrived with a divot in the mat but I wasn’t to concerned. I just flipped the mat over and used the other side. A month into use and the zipper broke on the carrying bag. Sent a message to the seller asking for a replacement bag. The sellers response was that they don’t sell just the bag, How about they give me a $5 refund and I can go buy myself a good bag on ebay. Think twice before you order this mat.

This mat has been great! I’ve had it for about a month and use it 5x a week for some pretty intense HIIT workouts. I originally bought this for my bf to do his home workouts, but when I saw how durable and comfortable it was for him, I ended up ordering one for myself! I am tall so the longer length is great. I have a bad knee. The thickness allows me to kneel without much discomfort. I was concerned about the weight but that is not a problem. It's light with the carrying case.

My husband is a pretty bulky guy and loves yoga, but hates the normal-sized mats because they feel small. He was so excited when I got this for him. The padding is very thick, and the extra width gives him so much more room to work out. Really good price for the quality.

This mat could have been great. It was thick and very cushiony (I just made this word up but you get it), however it had this weird smell like cat urine that did not go away after several months. Had to throw it away.

Mat is the perfect thickness for me. I have vinyl on concrete flooring in my apartment so practicing yoga was rough on my wrists and knees. This mat is very cushiony and feels great. No need for an extra knee pad in kneeling poses. It does slide around a bit and it makes balancing postures much more difficult, which is to be expected. Other than that, it’s a great mat!

This mat is big enough to do your workout on without having to constantly adjust your position. I never understood why those narrow mats are manufactured. They may be useful for doing sit ups and crunches but little else. With this mat I can comfortably do somewhat complicated floor workouts such as Ballet Beautiful and Fit by Coach Kel, without my hands or feet going off the edges into the hard floor.
