We like the fact that the skates are adjustable. But the dial is too small and cannot really be adjusted. My son needs a size 11 and the padding is smaller than his foot. The sock has an adjustable tongue, but I don't know a kid with pointy toes. So he's determined to wear them, and now he's got a blister from it. A severe collapse from being unable to wear wrist guards as two right wrists were sent. It was a birthday present that we had been waiting for for two weeks. A replacement order takes two weeks. The skates themselves are beautifully made and I love that they are adjustable. This is where the three stars come into play.
